Kavith Sainaani does not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason. However, we offer a one-time exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request an exchange for another item of equal or greater value. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at sainaanikavith@gmail.com. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and process for completing the exchange.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Handmade Products
    All our products are 100% handmade. Minor variations, inconsistencies, differences in texture, colour, finish, embroidery, or craftsmanship may naturally occur and are an inherent characteristic of handmade products. Such minor variations shall not be considered defects.

  2. Exchange Period – India
    Exchanges are permitted within 7 days from the date the product is delivered, and are applicable only to orders delivered within India.

  3. International Orders
    For international orders, any exchange-related shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other applicable charges shall be borne entirely by the customer.

  4. Damage or Loss During Return Transit
    Kavith Sainaani shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or deterioration of the product caused by the transporter, courier, or logistics provider during the return or exchange shipment.

  5. Exchange Shipping Charges
    We provide free one-way shipping on eligible orders. In the event of an exchange, the customer shall be responsible for the applicable shipping charges for sending the product back and/or arranging reverse pickup, as applicable.

    Such shipping or reverse-pickup charges may or may not be refundable, depending upon the reason for the exchange and the circumstances of the case, as determined by Kavith Sainaani.

  6. Product Condition for Exchange
    The product must be received by us intact, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition, along with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and other items supplied with the product.

    Any exchange, where applicable, shall be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team and is found to meet the applicable exchange conditions.

  7. Gift Cards
    Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  8. Customized Shoes
    No refunds or exchanges are offered for customized shoes, as such products are specially made according to the customer's specifications and requirements.

  9. Final Decision
    All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by Kavith Sainaani. The decision regarding the eligibility of a product for exchange shall be made based on the applicable terms of this policy.

  10. No Cash Refunds
    Kavith Sainaani does not provide cash refunds for products purchased through the Website. Any exception, if permitted by applicable law or expressly approved by Kavith Sainaani, shall be handled on a case-by-case basis.
