  2. Through the Website, we intend to sell our original merchandise, including but not limited to footwear, clothing, accessories, and other products designed and created by Kavith Sainaani.

Your access to and use of the Website is subject to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), together with the Privacy Policy, Purchase Order Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, Payment Options Policy, and any other policies that may be introduced by Kavith Sainaani from time to time.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

4. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

All Kavith Sainaani products may be handmade, customized, or made to order.

Domestic Orders

Orders delivered within India are generally delivered within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation, subject to product availability, customization requirements, order processing, and courier operations.

International Orders

International orders are generally delivered within 15–20 working days from the date of order confirmation, subject to customs clearance, destination-country requirements, courier operations, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending upon the nature and complexity of the product and customization requirements.

5. ORDER PROCESSING

Once an order is confirmed, our team will begin processing and, where applicable, customizing the product according to the customer's specifications.

The order processing period may take approximately 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Customized and handmade products may require additional processing time depending upon their complexity.

6. SHIPPING

We use reliable courier and logistics service providers for delivery of our products.

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer may receive shipping confirmation and tracking details, where available.

Shipping timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, customs clearance, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For orders shipped outside India, the customer shall be solely responsible for all applicable:

  • Customs duties;

  • Import duties;

  • Taxes;

  • Clearance charges;

  • Local government charges; and

  • Any other charges imposed by the destination country.

Such charges are not included unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Customers are advised to check the applicable customs and import requirements of their destination country before placing an international order.

8. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Kavith Sainaani does not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason.

However, we allow a one-time exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions specified below.

If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, you may request an exchange for another item of equal or greater value.

Exchange Conditions

  1. All our products are 100% handmade. Minor variations or inconsistencies in colour, texture, finish, embroidery, craftsmanship, or appearance may naturally occur and shall not be considered defects.

  2. Exchanges are permitted within 7 days from the date of delivery for orders delivered within India.

  3. The product must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition, together with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and other items supplied with the product.

  4. Products that have been altered, damaged, worn, used, washed, or otherwise modified may not be eligible for exchange.

  5. Customized products, custom sizes, or custom designs may not be eligible for exchange where the product has been specifically made according to the customer's requirements.

  6. International exchange-related shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable charges shall be borne by the customer.

  7. Kavith Sainaani shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or deterioration caused by the transporter, courier, or logistics provider during return or exchange transit.

  8. We provide free one-way shipping where applicable. In case of an exchange, return shipping or reverse-pickup charges shall be borne by the customer.

  9. Shipping or reverse-pickup charges may or may not be refundable depending upon the reason for exchange and the circumstances of the case.

  10. Exchange requests shall be subject to inspection and approval by Kavith Sainaani.

  11. No exchange or refund shall be available for SALE products, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  12. No cash refunds shall be provided for gift cards.

  13. Customized shoes are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, as they are specifically made according to the customer's requirements.

9. NO REFUND POLICY

Kavith Sainaani follows a No Refund Policy.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Kavith Sainaani, payments made for products shall not be refundable.

An eligible exchange, where approved, shall be subject to the Return & Exchange Policy.

10. CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours from the time of placing the order, provided the product customization or production process has not commenced.

  1. Cancellation requests received after the permitted cancellation period may not be accepted, particularly where the product has already entered the customization, production, or dispatch process.

  2. Orders for SALE products are not eligible for cancellation.

  3. Where a cancellation is approved and a refund is legally or contractually applicable, the applicable amount shall be processed through the original payment method or another method determined by Kavith Sainaani.

11. PRICING

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and prices displayed on the Website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

If an error is discovered in the price of a product already ordered, we may notify the customer and provide the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order, subject to applicable law.

Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (“GST”), shall be charged as required under applicable Indian laws and as reflected at checkout or on the applicable invoice.

12. PAYMENT

Payments may be made through the payment methods made available on the Website from time to time.

Payment information submitted through the Website may be processed through authorized payment gateways or service providers.

Products shall generally be processed for dispatch only after successful confirmation of payment, unless otherwise agreed by Kavith Sainaani.

However, due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, minor variations may occur.

The actual colour, texture, finish, or appearance of a product may differ slightly from the images displayed on the Website due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or the handmade production process.

Such variations shall not automatically be considered defects.

14. HANDMADE PRODUCTS

All or certain products offered by Kavith Sainaani may be handmade or individually crafted.

Minor variations in stitching, embroidery, texture, colour, finish, dimensions, or craftsmanship may naturally occur and are considered part of the character of handmade products.

Customers acknowledge and accept such inherent variations when placing an order.

15. YOUR ACCOUNT
